With a lot of customers in the real estate and construction industry - and more on the way - it is natural for InExchange to visit Nordbygg, which is taking place this week at Stockholmsmässan in Älvsjö.
Our representatives Jonas Westerlund and Sofia Euström will be on site on Wednesday.
"It is a great opportunity to strengthen the relationship with current customers and partners and also make new contacts," explains Jonas.
Nordbygg is marketed as "the most important construction meeting in the Nordic region". The fair runs from Tuesday to Friday. It is an Eldorado for this entire extensive sector. It is also an important contact point for InExchange. Our data-driven business communication services are widely used in the construction and real estate industry, where the importance of efficient invoicing routines plays a major role in cash flow and liquidity. Next month, on May 21 and May 23, we are holding a free webinar specifically for real estate and construction companies. It is a 45-minute webinar entitled "How to simplify your invoice management". If you are unable to attend on May 21, you will have another chance on May 23.
But back to the event in Älvsjö where Jonas Westerlund, Head of Partner Sales, and Sofia Euström, Partner Account Manager, are having a busy and at the same time very rewarding day. As mentioned earlier, InExchange has important connections to the construction and real estate side and of course it is valuable to meet representatives of this industry during a fair.
- As a relationship-building forum, it is an excellent meeting point. It gives us the chance to develop the dialog with the partners we have today and also with those we hope to add. There is much to raise and discuss. For example, what challenges exist, what trends we see and, not least, what is to come regarding the VIDA proposal (VAT in The Digital Age) and the expansion of the legislation on e-invoices that is getting closer and closer, says Jonas Westerlund.
Of course, there will also be conversations of a more business-like nature. Because InExchange has flexible invoice solutions that go hand in hand with today's technology and are thus future-proof, there is a natural curiosity among companies and organizations about how it can benefit their own business. Not least in these times when increased material prices and rising interest rates have caused housing construction to decline significantly in many places.
- It is also an industry where there is a widespread awareness that it is lagging behind digitally. The fact that we can fill a need makes it interesting to meet and present the services we have in our range. We are in the good position that we cover many industry-specific systems that in many cases support incoming and outgoing invoices, says Jonas Westerlund.
