Companies can now place electronic orders without costly technical solutions. The process of sending electronic catalogs, receiving e-orders and providing customers with order notifications in Peppol format can instead be carried out in a web-based portal.
The service is called Vieri and Inexchange is the first in Sweden to offer it thanks to a new collaboration with Norwegian Vieri AS.
As you know, Inexchange is the leader in Sweden in digital business communication. Vieri has the same strong position in Norway in software for electronic orders. Now these two companies have entered into a partnership that means that Vieri's supplier portal will also reach the Swedish market. Together, they can offer comprehensive solutions that will optimize the order and invoice processes for all types of businesses and their suppliers. The solution meets all requirements related to Peppol format and Peppol infrastructure in the Nordics.
The uniqueness of the service is that it levels the playing field and enables all suppliers to compete on equal terms in public procurement. Technical factors will no longer be an obstacle. Vieri solves that. It is an agile web-based portal in which price catalogs in Excel format can be converted into the Peppol standard requested by the public sector. It is also possible to receive electronic orders and return order responses to the customer via Peppol.
