Now, there is an opportunity for companies to perform electronic orders without costly technical solutions. The process of sending electronic catalogs, receiving e-orders, and providing customers with order confirmations in Peppol format can instead be executed in a web-based portal.The service is part of our e-order solutions Intro and Standard, and Inexchange is the first in Sweden to offer it thanks to a new collaboration with Norway's Vieri AS.
Inexchange is, as known, a leader in Sweden within digital business communication. Vieri holds the same strong position in Norway regarding software for electronic orders. Now, these two companies, both part of the Visma group, have entered into a partnership that means Vieri’s supplier portal also reaches the Swedish market. Together, they can offer comprehensive solutions that will optimize the order and invoice processes for all types of businesses and their suppliers. The solution meets all requirements related to Peppol format and Peppol infrastructure in the Nordic region.
A level playing field
The uniqueness of the service is that it levels the playing field and enables all suppliers to compete on equal terms in public procurement. Technical factors will no longer be an obstacle. Vieri solves that. It is an agile web-based portal in which price catalogs in Excel format can be converted into the Peppol standard requested by the public sector. It is also possible to receive electronic orders and return order responses to the customer via Peppol.
