The overall concept creates a wonderful high pressure!
It's still vacation time, but the summer light is broken.
Johan Liljeroth and Per Löfving, back at Commercial after the holidays, can see that there is a lot of business to deal with.
- There is an exciting buzz thanks to the fact that we have a comprehensive concept to offer. Many dialogs are underway, Per explains enthusiastically.
The complete solution that Per mentions, that you as a company can get the entire invoice flow digitized through Inexchange, is not new in itself, but with the merger with the scanning operator Scancloud, the total compote has been sharpened and refined.
- We have liked to digitize flows for all years, but now it will be even easier for us to carry out that process thanks to the fact that the customer can put the entire flow with us. This allows us to more proactively ensure that the scanning flow becomes digital because it is visible to us in a different way. By letting everything go through us, customers gain important benefits," emphasizes Per Löfving.
High interest in the market
Per and Johan Liljeroth, both Key Account Managers at Inexchange, are currently holding the flag high at Commercial while other colleagues enjoy their vacation for a few more days. It's quiet and peaceful in the department, but appearances are deceiving.
- In terms of incoming cases, the companies have started working again. There are requests for products and services. This was already noticeable last week," says Johan, and Per elaborates further on the current situation:
"What can be a bit of a lull during the summer period is mainly implementation projects and the integration part. In that case, it is relatively calm. At the same time, there is great interest in the market for this type of solution. Many dialogues are underway that will bear fruit during the autumn. We have a number of projects that are a bit dormant as everyone is on vacation or has just finished it - just like ourselves.
Integrations with Kivra
With everything in-house, including scanning and interpretation, it is clear that the total solution for the supplier invoice part is a cornerstone of the InExchange product line, but there are also many other ways to digitize.
Johan, for example, relates to several of the phone calls he has had lately.
"I hear a lot about invoices to private individuals. It's Kivra and Internet banking. We are also equipped in that case and have a ready-made solution to offer. But it does not seem to be well known among customers. So we probably need to do some soul-searching. We need to communicate this better, he admits honestly.
Both Johan and Per therefore take the opportunity to highlight the area in question.
- We have done quite a few integrations with Kivra. It flies well. Functionally, it is a great solution. The interest is growing. Many of our customers have private customers who want to invoice in a simpler way and avoid printing. The desire is spreading to also digitize this flow and get away from the old handling for good with invoices sent on paper, says Per.
- And it's the same with PDF invoices that are emailed and may not even arrive or end up in some hidden spam basket. Even these benefit from digitization, not least in terms of security, Johan adds.
Solution for Germany
Per Löfving switches to another topicality in the next second:
"We get inquiries and questions about the German market and the legal requirements that are coming there and how we can help. We have a relatively large number of customers with operations and companies in Germany. They need to fulfill the possibility of meeting the legal requirements that are underway in Germany and the formats that apply there.
Are we talking about Peppol then?
- It is delivery via Peppol's infrastructure, but in Germany there are several standards that are allowed within Peppol. So not just Peppol BIS.
If the German partner requires XRechnung, for example, InExchange is available as a converter in between?
- Yes, exactly.
Let's get going!
The energy is clear in the men. The desire is great to accelerate up.
- It's fun to get started again. It feels like we partly have a new way of working where we court customers more than before instead of waiting for them. We have become more offensive, says Johan, and he really likes that.
Per agrees and points out that the increase in intensity is linked to digital development. There is a noticeable need for renewal and improvement.
"Many companies today, who already have different types of solutions implemented, are looking around to see if there are better choices available and if it is possible to get a
holistic solution from one supplier. There we have more to offer than ever. We can therefore approach the market in a different way. In the past, we mainly worked with companies that might not have a solution. Now we work more broadly, he explains and rounds off:
"The advantage we have is that we have our own comprehensive product portfolio. This is also a big part of the reason why our approach has changed. There is a different way of approaching companies. There is a lot of interest in either complementing or redesigning existing solutions and providing better and more flexible alternatives.
