Our new additions like the comfort and community

On the face of it, InExchange feels homogeneous with the same great workforce year after year, but in fact we regularly welcome new faces.
The other day, we gathered our newest employees for a group photo.
It's amazing how many great new additions have joined InExchange in a relatively short space of time. But no matter how many people join or leave, one thing always remains unchanged at the company.
The happy and positive atmosphere.

After the merger with Scancloud, InExchange now has almost 130 employees and, in addition to Skövde and Stockholm, also has offices in Östersund. We have become a bigger company and have more colleagues.
But even though the changes are substantial, they are not reflected much in everyday life. Work goes on as usual in the same good spirit. It's not until you stop and consider the transformation that has taken place that you realize: wow, we have been spoiled with many new acquaintances.
The gangthat has been added in Skövde in the months that have passed since we last gathered a bunch of new acquisitions is eleven in number. Although if you are really picky, it is actually ten. Johan Ivåker is a seasoned InExchange force, but went off in another direction for a few years before he got homesick and came back.
InIvåker's case, it's a joyful comeback.

Here are all the newcomers

But who are all these newcomers? Let's take them in the same order as in the picture, from left to right:
Stina Svensson, Team Leader, Service Desk
Tobias Frisk, system developer
William Mclellan, system developer
Emiko Johansson, system developer
Johan Liljeroth, key account manager
Johan Ivåker, consulting manager
Julia Löfblad, customer success manager
Jacob Milton, system developer
Stefan Jonsson, system developer
Emil Brander, system administrator, IT
To these should also be added Amir Hadzic. He has been working in the marketing department since last year as a digital marketer.

"Fun and educational"

What about the first few months? What is the impression?
- That it has been incredibly fun and educational, says system developer William Mclellan and emphasizes the work environment, colleagues and benefits.
- At the same time, you could say that it has been a running start, he continues and refers with that description to a high pace, a coding that has almost immediately gone out into a sharp environment and a great responsibility.
- But I have received good support from colleagues and also from our CTO Andreas (Kvarnström). I think it's nice to be in a physical workplace. It was exactly what I wanted after a few years of remote work.
Julia Löfblad, who has a lot of customer contact in her capacity as customer success manager, also praises the reception.
- It feels that InExchange cares about its staff. We have many good benefits and have fun together. You get the impression that when the company hires, they look a lot at personality and attach great importance to the applicant fitting into the team.
Julia herself is grateful for the support she has received.
- There is a lot to learn, but I have received great help from my colleagues. They have taken the time to show and instruct. Many of the systems we work in have been new to me, but I'm slowly but surely making progress. I'm really enjoying it. I think this is a very nice and good workplace, she summarizes.

InExchange has experienced a fantastic expansion since the start and it is an expansion that continues. We advertise our vacant or newly created positions on Teamtailor, which is a platform specializing in recruitment and marketing.
Welcome to look in there. Maybe we have the position for you?
