Inexchange continues to grow on the international market. For some time now, there has been a strong focus on Germany. Inexchange has already helped many companies comply with the e-invoice law that Germany is introducing in stages.
Now the focus is being expanded thanks to a new partnership with German industry colleague CapeVision.
"This means that we are now in place in earnest," says Ola Widegren, CEO of Inexchange.

There are a lot of exciting things happening in the German federal state. The first stage of a new law, which makes it mandatory for German companies to receive electronic invoices, came into force on January 1, 2025 and will be fully implemented and apply to everyone from 2028.
This means there is a great need for invoice solutions that meet the demands that lie ahead. Requests to Inexchange have increased significantly. At the same time, a strategic effort to gain ground in Germany has been underway since last year.
These efforts have already produced positive results, but the company is determined to establish itself even more strongly.

Powerful solution

The newly agreed partnership with CapeVision is a step in exactly that direction. Just like Inexchange, CapeVision, which started in 2007, specializes in electronic invoicing.
With its SmartPath® platform, the company offers a powerful solution for smooth digital data processing in all industries. From secure data transfer and validation to electronic signatures, electronic data transformation and archiving, SmartPath® is highly flexible and compatible with all common ERP and accounting systems.
As this field is facing a strong expansion in Germany, the partners also see a strong value in benefiting from each other.
"A key factor behind the agreement is our high-quality PDF interpretation. The service we have can interpret PDF invoices right down to line level. CapeVision sees this as an important competitive weapon," explains Ola Widegren.
Marcus Jeschke, CEO of CapeVision, emphasizes this point:
"Our mission is to accelerate digital transformation and equip companies for a future where efficient, secure and legally compliant data exchange is a fundamental pillar in creating sustainable business processes.
"With our new PDF to XML conversion service, offered through the partnership with Inexchange, we enable companies to streamline their invoicing workflows and improve data accuracy, making the transition to fully digital processes even smoother and more efficient," adds Marcus Jeschke.

Help for Swedish customers too

For Inexchange, the ability to operate directly on site is the most important factor. It creates interesting conditions for continued expansion.
"We also believe that this can be of benefit to our Swedish customers with German business connections. Germany's increased focus and understanding of e-invoices will also make it much easier for Sweden. By being able to send e-invoices, higher quality and access to more sub-content is achieved," says Ola Widegren.
