Partnership created in an innovative spirit
It is with genuine passion that Jan Kjellin describes KR System. According to Jan, it is the passion, will and joy that have made KR System the country's leading reseller of Pyramid business systems.
- "Working with Pyramid is a bit of a calling for us," he says.
But the enthusiasm should not only be internal. For KR System, it is important that their partners also have a strong commitment. The choice to work with InExchange is therefore natural. It is a partner with exactly the same spirit.
KR System is the country's leading supplier of the Pyramid ERP system and sells complete system solutions consisting of hardware, software, training and technical services. The company has almost 60 employees and is represented in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Karlstad and Skövde.
When Jan Kjellin paints a picture of KR System, he includes a lot of emotions. Jan was involved more than 35 years ago - as founder and partner - when the company was formed as a limited company. Over the years he has held all sorts of roles: CEO, project manager, financial manager, salesman and so on. Currently, he is the marketing manager.
But whatever the role, the drive has always come from the heart.
Judging from Jan's presentation, this also characterizes the company as a whole. The fact that KR System has coined the term "business system joy" is really only logical.
- The expression was born during the development of our brand book (brand platform). At that time, all our staff were interviewed. The questions were many: Where do we stand? How are we perceived? What are we like as people? We came to the conclusion quite quickly that we are enthusiasts. We are a bit of nerds in a positive way. We really go in to find solutions and help customers," says Jan Kjellin.
In the last sentence, Jan mentions the guiding principle for the entire business. Namely, to offer customers the best possible solutions. This in turn brings us to the partnership between KR System and InExchange. KR System is one of several resellers of Pyramid with whom InExchange has agreements. Thanks to these partnerships, users of Pyramid ERP systems can perform file exports via the digital invoice path provided by InExchange.
The opportunity is demonstrably appreciated. About 150 of KR Systems' customers have supplemented Pyramid with the InExchange invoice service. More and more are being added all the time.
- "We were early to cooperate with InExchange," explains Jan, praising the goal-oriented attitude shown from the very beginning. The commitment, as we have already mentioned, was immediately apparent.
- The solution between Pyramid and InExchange didn't actually exist when we started everything. But we made some adjustments and made it all work together. Pyramid is very good at sending files in various directions. Therefore, Pyramid is a very good system to integrate with for different types of suppliers. It's not just e-invoicing services I'm thinking of in that regard. We also have e-commerce, transportation systems and everything else.
Jan pauses for a second and sums up:

When asked if there is anything specific that KR System has appreciated along the way, Jan Kjellin returns to the technology and the work of weaving together system and service.
- "Of course it's satisfying that we've managed to put the solutions together. As I said, these are complex things to deal with. When challenges have arisen, it has always been possible to sort them out. We have had good support. Especially when the big "boom" came last year in connection with the legal requirement for e-invoices in the public sector. Everyone wanted to get e-invoices arranged the same day, he says, and again praises the common attitude:
- There is always a willingness to find solutions. I think that is very important.
- "It is the support and implementation that InExchange has focused on. We have also received good sales support. That support is very valuable to us. We can't become good at everything overnight. So it feels good to have a supplier with such strong sales capacity," he says.
The opportunity to strengthen with additional expertise and resources from outside means that KR System thrives in the partner role with InExchange.
- "The reason we work with InExchange is that we have support from a larger organization. We feel that we have the support in terms of both sales and technology. The problem you sometimes have as a reseller is that you are in the middle when customers call about issues that we have difficulty solving ourselves. Then it is important to have a partner by your side that has a large and reliable organization. InExchange has exactly that," Jan Kjellin emphasizes in conclusion.
