Sustainable billing
If you can’t currently send an e-invoice, Bravida is offering a free service which you can use to send e-invoices to Bravida free of charge. If you create an account in Inexchange through this web-based service, you can send 100 e-invoices per year free of charge. Inexchange also has other flexible solutions for invoicing via your business management system.
How to invoice Bravida
Bravida only accepts electronic invoices. Please note that PDF invoices do not count as electronic invoices. In order for you to be paid on time, all invoices must meet Bravida’s requirements. In order for Bravida to be able to process your invoice, a work order number (AO) must always be specified with 9 characters. Supplier invoices from Bravida’s large material suppliers will also continue to be administered electronically via Bravida’s purchasing system (Profit).
