The partnership between InExchange and Coor Service Management is the first thing that Accounts Payable Manager Eva Petré Rege emphasizes when she talks about Coor Service Management's experience of InExchange.
- "If you have a supplier relationship, it needs to function as a partnership. We have achieved this in a fantastic way with InExchange," says Eva.

Coor Service Management, one of the leading facility management suppliers in the Nordic region and headquartered in Kista, is a long-standing partner of InExchange. Eva Petré Rege considers the fact that it is a partner relationship and not an impersonal customer/supplier relationship to be an essential prerequisite.

- "I feel that this is essential in collaborations with suppliers in general," she emphasizes, and describes the communication with InExchange as a model.

- "We have a very good dialog and are completely transparent in both directions. Which is nice. Because then we find an understanding of each other's challenges and know what requirements we can have of each other. I feel that is super important.

Quick answers

The partnership includes a clear sense of responsibility. Coor Service Management uses InExchange for all incoming e-invoices and also all outgoing invoices, more or less.

- In that flow, questions arise on a daily basis, says Eva.

- "It may be customer requirements that we need InExchange to help us understand how to solve. It may also be that we cannot see the information we need on the invoices and that we need to listen to InExchange to find out why. Is there a field in our display XSL that needs to be added or has the supplier not even sent the information?

- It is always these small corrected details that ensure that we get a satisfied customer or that our business actually gets all the information they need on their supplier invoices. In other words, that the day-to-day runs smoothly.

Eva Petré Rege also discusses specific customer requirements, such as special information that Coor's own system cannot deliver, but which the customer absolutely must receive. Then there is InExchange in the back pocket.

- We know that InExchange can solve this. If the information arrives, we can then re-map the invoice correctly for the customer," Eva adds.

Do we arrange this at short notice, do you think?

- Yes, I think so. The contacts we have at InExchange are incredibly fast-footed, I must say. It's very rare that I turn to them and it takes quite a while before anything happens. It does not exist. They're usually very quick on their feet.

Eva adds in the next second:

- "And it's very important, of course, that we get an answer relatively quickly. We get quick and good answers from the support at InExchange and our contacts at the company.

Exciting perspective

Another interesting aspect of electronic invoicing is that there is a lot of hidden potential in the data. Coor Service Management has changed its invoice management system. Thanks to this change, they have started to read in line information. Eva Petré Rege believes that this will open up exciting perspectives for the purchasing department when this routine is in place.
- "The overview is very detailed and good. For example, you can look at articles or compliance. What are we buying, which suppliers are we buying from, are we buying the right items, is it at the right price and so on.

A complete electronic documentation, which is traceable and searchable, also paves the way for e-commerce. InExchange has a special e-commerce service that is really in demand. Experience shows that e-commerce creates a very efficient purchasing process and that it is easy to perform analyses and follow-ups.

Coor Service Management wants to get started with e-commerce as soon as it is feasible. This should be possible once the market has matured a little more digitally.

- I'm looking forward to when we can work with that aspect too. I think it can be really good," says Eva Petré Rege.
