Sustainability thanks to a process in time

- A decisive factor in the procurement was that Scancloud's system was well developed and made for invoice management. The production process we saw when we visited Scancloud felt modern and in time, says Linda Winberg Florén, who works as Head of Control & Quality at OKQ8 Scandinavia and was one of those responsible for the procurement.
After a year of work to improve the supplier invoice flow, OKQ8 Scandinavia had reached its forecast in efficiency and is now continuing to improve and increase the proportion of pdf and e-invoices. Of course, they were aware that there was a certain risk with such a big change taking place within the company.

- "Switching to a group-wide business system supplier and at the same time reorganizing to a Shared Service Center with group-wide processes was a major project," says Linda. "Merging supplier invoice management for e-invoices and scanning and switching suppliers was another challenge.

In retrospect, Linda can breathe a sigh of relief.
