New names and updated prices
Let’s turn back the clock 14 years. To 2008, to be precise. Back then, a visit to the cinema cost SEK 81, a liter of milk SEK 7.90, a kilo of coffee SEK 54, and if you wanted to get that virtual invoice printer that the newly founded InExchange was offering, that would have cost you SEK 99 a month. Those prices feel like a distant memory.
But hold up a second. SEK 99 a month for an invoice printing service? Surely that can’t be right? That’s the same price as it is today! Yup. We know. InExchange has possibly broken an unofficial Swedish company record in never ever raising the price.
But the background is this – the very essence of InExchange has always been to offer an invoicing solution at a favorable price that suits everyone and is kind to the environment. And we’ve remained faithful to that to this day. While the price has remained the same, the service has been developed and gained a lot of extra value.
Now, however, it’s time to say farewell to 2008 and the year Barack Obama proclaimed “Yes, we can!” and to raise our prices which, as we’re sure you realize, not even InExchange can now avoid. We’re also taking the opportunity to repackage and rename our services. ‘Web Basic’ will become ‘Free’, ‘Web Plus’ will become ‘Basic’, ‘Invoice printer’ will become ‘Premium’, and ‘Integrated service’ will become ‘Enterprise’.

And that’s where we’re at now. We update our services regularly. We’re good at that. The prices are updated less often, however. In fact, it’s taken 14 years. But we have no intention of speeding up the process. Actually deep down, we enjoy our role of offering all our customers the most affordable services on the market.

- Formerly Web Basic.
- Up to 100 e-invoices for free per year, to a limited number of recipients.
- Support via chat and the Help Center.

- Formerly Web Plus.
- E-invoice: SEK 3/invoice.
- Paper invoice, including handling and domestic postage by A-post: SEK 12.90.
- Support included via chat and the Help Center.

Advance payment for the annual license disappears and is replaced by ongoing monthly billing with 3 months’ notice.
- Extra users in addition to the 2 included: SEK 49/user

SEK 199 /month
- Formerly Invoice printer.
- E-invoice: SEK 3/invoice.
- Paper invoice, including handling and domestic postage by A-post: SEK 12.90.
- Support* included via chat and the Help Center.
- Advance payment for the annual license disappears and is replaced by ongoing monthly billing with 3 months’ notice.
- Extra users in addition to the 2 included: SEK 49/user
- * Custom adjustments: SEK 1,500/hour
- * Update of invoice template: SEK 1,500/hour
